McNeill Investment Company was founded in Memphis, TN in 1977 by Phillip H. McNeill, Sr. Over the last 27 years McNeill Investment Company has developed over 30 properties in the Memphis area and currently has ongoing industrial, office, and retail development projects in Tennessee and Mississippi.

McNeill Investment Company also provides investment sales, tenant representation, and third party management and leasing services to its local and national customers.
