Asset Types

Retail Centers – We will buy anchored or unanchored centers and will consider centers with vacancies or that require redevelopment.

Land – Land for development into retail, office, or industrial center.

Location Criteria

Assets located in communities with projected population and income growth reflecting a strong community.

Deal Size and Structure

There are no minimum or maximum size restrictions on deals. McNeill has the ability to close quickly, and will pay cash, assume existing financing, or arrange financing as needed. Joint venture proposals will be considered.
