Cindy McBrayer

Cindy McBrayer was employed in 1986 by the Trammell Crow Company, a national developer of office buildings, industrial parks and retail centers, where she served as property manager for several of their Class A properties in the Memphis area. In 1989, Cindy was promoted to the retail division for Trammell Crow Management Services. This position included daily interaction with various contractors, vendors, out of town owners, and tenants to maintain proper management of the portfolio. Included within Cindy’s new responsibilities were several industrial buildings, which consisted of more than 1.5 million square feet of property.

In 1993, Cindy became associated with Community Mortgage Corporation, a regional mortgage banker. She served as vice president of corporate services for this group. Her primary responsibilities involved all aspects of branch expansion and consolidations throughout the southeastern United States. Through lease negotiations, coordination of space planners, contractors and vendors, Cindy was responsible for successfully expanding the company’s portfolio to 35 branches.

Beginning in 1995, Cindy joined Commercial Realty Group, Inc./CRESA as an affiliate broker, offering tenant representation services to commercial real estate clients. She successfully negotiated leases with many companies and specialized in the placement of dental facilities.

In 2001, Cindy joined McNeill Investment Company to manage the commercial leasing for the company’s portfolio in the Memphis and surrounding area. She currently handles the leasing for the existing McNeill properties as well as the properties that are under development and construction.
