Spence Ray

Spence Ray, as the Executive Vice President of McNeill Investment Company, oversees the day to day operations including leasing, management, construction, and development.

Spence is a native of Memphis and Graduated from the University of Memphis with a Degree in Business. Spence joined McNeill Investment Company as a broker shortly after graduating in 1984. In the late 80’s, Spence and Phil McNeill began developing commercial buildings and over the past 20 years have together developed over 30 commercial buildings in the Memphis area, including industrial, retail, and office properties.

Spence is actively developing retail and industrial projects in Memphis and North Mississippi, along with being actively involved as a broker in leasing and investment sales transactions.
