Terri Townsend, CPM

Terri Townsend has over 14 years experience in the commercial and residential real estate industry. She joined McNeill Investment Company in October 2005 as the Property Manager for all of the existing McNeill properties. Terri comes to McNeill after spending the previous two years managing a 275,000 s.f. high rise office building in addition to other office, service center and industrial property for multiple industrial owners.

Prior to returning to commercial real estate 2 years ago, Terri spent 7 years as a Regional Asset Manager for a non-profit organization managing the operations of 737 federally subsidized residential housing units for the elderly located throughout West Tennessee and Jonesboro, Arkansas. There she was responsible for ensuring compliance with the Department of Housing and Urban Development, in addition to all day to day operational functions of the properties.

Additional experience includes 6 years as a Property Manager with the Trammell Crow Company where Terri managed from 450,000 s.f. of office space to 3 million s.f. of industrial warehouse space. It was there that the foundation was formed for her career in commercial real estate.

Terri is originally from Jackson, Tennessee where she received her B.S. degree from Lambuth College. In addition, she received her Affiliate Real Estate Brokers license in 1991 and the CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1999.
